You may register on SCE.COM as a customer, or as a non-customer. Registration is the same, when you select "SCE Business Partner" you will have an opportunity to enroll in a non-customer business partner application. You can view bills, pay bills, check usage and more.
Password Information
When you register, all identifying information you submit will only be used if you forget your password. Entering this information correctly in the "Forgot Your Password" screen will allow you to reset your password online or receive a new password via e-mail.
If you forget your password, you will need to remember the security question and answer you submitted with your registration.
Your E-mail Address
Please make sure the e-mail address you provide is current and correct, because we will send online billing notifications and payment reminders to this address rather than your physical mailing address. It’s also important to keep enough room in your e-mail inbox to receive these notifications and reminders; an overfilled mailbox will reject them.
Updating Your Profile
It's also a good idea to check your profile information. The “Update My Profile” link is located on the left side of the "My Account" page. Any time you sign up for other services, you might want to review the "Update My Profile" information.
Enrolling In Services
After you have registered as a customer, you will want to enroll in online services by entering your account number, and by identifying information to gain access to your account(s). You can read more about these services in the What Will I Need To Enroll section. Non-customers, such as city inspectors or contractors, can register to access online services specifically designed for their needs.
