After registering in SCE.com, customers enrolling into My Account Services will have access to our free account services, listed below.


My Account Access

You can view up to 36 months of your billing, payment, usage history and much more when you enroll in My Account. Log in/Register for My Account or read more information.


Paperless Online Billing

When you enroll in Paperless Online Billing, SCE will send you an e-mail notification each month to advise you when your bill is ready for viewing online. You will no longer receive paper bills in the mail.  Log in/Enroll for Paperless Online Billing, or read more information.


Online Payment

Free yourself from writing checks, finding stamps and mailing payments! You can pay your SCE bill right here on SCE.COM. Payments can be made any time, day or night. On the day you wish to pay, access SCE.COM's secure Online Payment page and authorize payment directly from your bank account. Log in/Enroll for Online Payment or read more information.


Direct Payment (Automatic Withdrawal)

Our convenient direct payment option makes an automatic deduction from your bank account each month for the total amount due. Please note that you cannot use Direct Payment with other online payment options. Choose this option only if you want your total bill amount to be deducted automatically from your checking account each month. Once you enroll in Direct Payment, your total amount due will be deducted each month 10 days after we send you the bill. Log in/Enroll for Direct Payment or read more information.


Rotating Outage Contact Update

If you’re a business customer who uses 300kW and above per month, the Rotating Outage Contact Update allows you to easily add or update contact information so we can notify you in the event of a rotating outage. To take advantage of this service, log in/register for My Account now, or read more information. You can also look up your current rotating outage group number information from our My Account Access service.

Mobile Home Park Billing

SCE's Tenant Bill Calculation Service is an optional fee-based service available on a contractual basis to DMS-2 customers. This service is designed to offer you the option of having SCE calculate the amount of your Manufactured Home Park tenant's monthly electrical bill. The bill amounts will be calculated based on your input and on California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) approved tariffs. This service will provide a secure website to retain specific information regarding tenant electric billing data, and perform the tenant bill calculations for you. EnergyManager®
SCE EnergyManager® is an Internet-based suite of tools allowing online access to usage information along with detailed cost analyses of your business' energy use.
