Employment Training Panel (ETP) Funds

The Employment Training Panel (ETP) provides state funds for businesses to acquire and retrain workers with targeted skill sets in order to increase the worker's productivity and the company's competitiveness.

The ETP creates customized training programs for those who participate. The program can be managed by either an approved training agency, such as the community college system, or the company itself.
