That’s why SCE and some of California’s largest utilities are actively working to get in on the ground floor of the new construction process to promote energy efficient construction through programs like Savings By Design.
Savings By Design is a program to encourage high-performance nonresidential building design and construction. Sponsored by four of California's largest utilities under the auspices of the Public Utilities Commission, Savings By Design offers building owners a wide range of services.
