Stephanie L. Young
Stephanie Young is the Project Manager for Economic and Business Development activities in San Bernardino. Based in the Fontana service office, she is responsible for retention, expansion and attraction efforts, site locations and liaison assistance for businesses wishing to remain or locate into the Inland Empire area of San Bernardino County.
Stephanie's lengthy work experience includes her current position as the project manager for the Business Customer Division's internal and external E-Business products. For many years she worked with SCE customers in both the Commercial and Industrial segments as a major account representative. She was responsible for strategic alliances with business customers promoting energy efficiency, demand response, rates and other programs, including working extensively with the Economic Business and Development organization.
She has also held various roles within the Customer Service Business Organization, including the supervisor of scheduling at the Customer Technology Application Center (CTAC), a corporate representative responsible for the facilitation of seminars conducted at both San Onofre and Big Creek; and including various positions within our Customer Communication Center and billing organization.
Prior to joining Southern California Edison, Stephanie held various positions in the customer service organizations of both Nordstrom, Inc and Disneyland.
Stephanie is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a BS in Business; she also holds a Business Energy Professional Certificate (BEP) from the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE).
