Project Management Manager
Michael Nuby
Mike Nuby is the Manager, Project Management, within Economic and Business Development. In his new role, Mike leads a group of five project managers who cover SCE's 50,000 square mile territory, providing customers with the economic development resources necessary to make better informed business decisions.
Prior to his tenure at SCE, Mike served in the government sector for twenty-seven years in the fields of economic development and redevelopment. He served as project manager for the cities of Compton, Inglewood and Riverside, Assistant Director of Redevelopment for the City of Compton, Redevelopment Director for the City of Compton and County of San Bernardino and Director of Development Services for the March Joint Powers Authority. Additionally, Mike served as an economic development consultant for the cities of Inglewood and Watsonville. During his career, Mike has been involved in the development of approximately 2,000,000 square feet of industrial development, managed a $1,000,000 revolving loan fund, and the issuance of over $200,000,000 of revenue bond financing.
Mike's work in the Inland Empire spans over 16 years prior to joining SCE in 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from California State University, Hayward. He is a member of Corenet, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and has a California Real Estate Sales license.
Mike is married with three children and resides in the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
