Multifamily Energy Efficiency Rebate Program
Did You Know...The Residential Multifamily Energy Efficiency Rebate Program offers property owners and managers incentives on a broad list of energy efficiency improvements in lighting, HVAC, insulation and window categories. These improvements are to be used to retrofit existing multifamily properties of two or more units.
How It WorksThe rebate application for this program will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis for improvements purchased and installed between January 1, 2006 and December 31, 2008, or until funding is depleted, or until the program is suspended by the California Public Utilities Commission, whichever occurs first. This program may be modified or terminated without prior notice.
At this time the program funding for 2008 has been expended. Please check back with us as you plan your 2009 projects.
How to Apply

2. Fill out the Apartment Improvements Location Form (Excel)
3. Fill out the Common Area Improvements Form (Excel)
4. Complete and mail the rebate application and required documentation to SCE as quickly as possible.
