As outlined in SCE's Settlement Agreement, March 30, 2005, the Settling Parties agreed that during the implementation of the AMI Phase I activities, SCE will notice and hold quarterly meetings to brief ORA and other interested parties to this proceeding on the non-confidential aspects (e.g., meter and system requirements, technical assessment) of the Phase I activities, and allow for and consider input from ORA and interested parties on these aspects.
