SCE issues an All Source RFO
Southern California Edison issues an All Source Request for Offers (RFO) for a variety of products including:
- Unit Contingent Tolls Agreements,
- Unit Contingent Tolls without RA Benefits,
- Non-Dispatchable Qualifying Facilities Resources,
- Resource Adequacy Capacity Products (SCE to Buy and Sell),
- Daily Call Option, and
- Daily Financial Call Option

RFO Bidders' Conference Call
For those interested in proposing an offer in SCE's All Source RFO, SCE conducted an RFO Bidders’ Conference Call on July 29, 2008 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Pacific Prevailing Time. The purpose of the RFO Bidders' Conference Call is to answer questions about the 2008 All Source RFO requirements and process. (Please note that an SCE attorney and SCE’s Independent Evaluator were present on the call).
A replay of the RFO conference call will be available from July 29, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. PPT to August 29, 2008 by calling the following number:
