Claims Information

From time to time, mother nature and other factors can interrupt service and cause damage to a home or business. When circumstances are outside the realm of our control, SCE is not liable for reimbursing a claim. In many instances, damages are more likely to be covered by a home owner's or business insurance policy, or other type of insurance.

If you would like information on filing a claim with SCE, we’re here to help. You can file a claim by mail, email or fax, or save time by submitting it online. While we can’t guarantee you will be compensated for you your loss, we want to make this process as easy as possible for you.

  1. Step 1: Get instructions on completing a claim.
  2. Step 2: Choose one of the following options to complete a claim form:
  3. Step 3: Gather supporting documentation for your claim. You should retain the originals of any paperwork you submit.
  4. Step 4: If you choose to mail, fax or email your completed claim form, or if you are submitting supporting documentation, please send to:
