TOU-PA-7 is designed for agricultural water pumping customers, with 50 horsepower or more of connected water pumping load, who are considering converting to diesel fuel or natural gas internal combustion engines. TOU-PA-7 has two options: Rate A, Natural Gas Alternative (Less than 75 horsepower and 75 horsepower or greater), or Rate B, Diesel Fuel Alternative (Less than 75 horsepower and 75 horsepower or greater). To qualify for this rate schedule, you must sign an affidavit stating that you would have converted to natural gas or diesel fuel had you not been given this schedule.
