Mission Statement
To serve as a resource to support EIX corporate initiatives; enhance the utility's educational outreach efforts throughout diverse communities; to foster a better understanding of various cultures and traditions within the increasingly diverse SCE employee community; and to promote personal and professional growth, leadership, and teamwork among group members through utility educational development programs and services that benefit SCE employees, and customers.
Some of the existing diverse backgrounds include, but are not limited to: American Indians, Armenian, Celtic, Egyptian, English, Greek, Hawaiian, Indian, Indonesian, Iranian, Irish, Israeli, Japanese, Nigerian, Pakistani, Polynesian, Scottish, Tahitian, Thailand, Nigeria, and Zanzibar.
