Southern California Edison does not share facilities with its Energy Affiliates other than Energy Supply and Management. Southern California Edison’s parent company is the leasehold of an office suite in Washington, D.C. used by that parent company, SCE, the parent of certain Energy Affiliates, and a non-affiliated third party. The suite has a common lobby and separate office suites for each entity, separated by floor-to-ceiling walls. Access to the office space is keycard controlled.

The principal executive offices of Edison International are located at 2244 Walnut Grove Avenue, Rosemead, California 91770. Southern California Edison Company (SCE), a subsidiary of Edison International is headquartered in Rosemead, California. Energy Supply & Management (ES&M) is SCE’s Marketing Affiliate (and thus also is an Energy Affiliate). ES&M is located in dedicated areas on the first floor of SCE’s General Office 1 Complex (GO1), located at 2244 Walnut Grove Avenue, Rosemead, California 91770 and the second floor of SCE’s General Office 4 Complex (GO4) located at 8631 Rush St., Rosemead, CA. 91770, that are physically secured from the rest of the General Office Complex.

SCE’s Transmission and Distribution Business Unit (TDBU) primarily performs the transmission function on behalf of SCE. TDBU employees are located in SCE’s General Office 1 Complex, located at 2244 Walnut Grove Avenue, Rosemead, California 91770 and SCE’s General Office 3 Complex (GO3), located at 2131 Walnut Grove Ave., Rosemead, CA. 91770. The GO3 building also contains shared IT employees and systems. Access for ES&M employees at the GO3 building is limited. Marketing or Energy Affiliate employees are restricted from access to G.O. 3 by a security guard allow. Marketing or Energy Affiliate employees are allowed access only if they are authorized by a TDBU  employee and if they are escorted by an authorized employee.  SCE’s Grid Control Center, which reports to TDBU, is located in a separate secured facility in Alhambra, California, approximately six miles from SCE’s corporate headquarters in Rosemead. Access to the GCC is keycard-restricted to GCC employees and their authorized guests.

Facilities which are shared by SCE’s TDBU employees and its ES&M Marketing Affiliate employees are generally in SCE’s G.O. 1 and G.O. 4 Complex, located in Rosemead, CA. The G.O. 1 and G.O. 4 Complex both have common areas that both sets of employees can access. The shared areas in the G.O. 1 Complex are the Cafeteria, Conference Rooms, Hotel Office space, SCE post office, and SCE Federal Credit Union. The shared areas in the G.O. 4 Complex are SCE’s Fitness Center, Conference Rooms, SCE Benefits, Human Resources, SCE Commuter Services, SCE Training, Volt & Premier (SCE’s contract employee employer), and SCE Security. SCE provides all employees the ability to reserve office space in Hotel Offices which subsequently could be shared by transmission function employees and Marketing Affiliate employees. In order to utilize an SCE Hotel Office, employees must utilize the Hotel Office Reservation System. Hotel Offices that may be shared which are not located in the General Office.
