Thank you to those who participated in the 2010 RSC program. We are happy to announce that on October 4th SCE notified offerors of their status. Offers were either short-listed, provisionally short-listed, or not short-listed. For provisionally short-listed offers, SCE will consider finalizing and executing a Renewable Power Purchase and Sale Agreement (also known as a Renewables Standard Contract, or "RSC") if (a) one or more short-listed Offerors are unable to finalize and execute RSCs, or (b) SCE elects to execute RSCs for more than 250 MW from this solicitation.
