Expression of Interest (“EOI”) in Selling RPS-Eligible Biogas to SCE

Southern California Edison (SCE) would like to assess the availability of biogas for sale to SCE and seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suppliers regarding Renewables Portfolio Standard (RPS) eligible biogas delivered to SCE by interstate pipeline to receipt points accessible to the Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas) system.

Eligibility standards for biogas, together with details of the RPS certification processes are set forth in the guidebooks listed below:

Suppliers with access to RPS-eligible biogas available for sale to SCE are invited to complete the tabs in the attached Excel spreadsheet, together with indicative proposals if available, and submit them via e-mail to: biogas@sce.com. Please submit EOIs by 5:00 pm PPT on September 20, 2010.
