Request for Proposals (RFP)
In its 2011 Request for Proposals (“RFP”), Southern California Edison Company (“SCE”) is soliciting proposals (“Proposal” or “Proposals”) to supply renewable Products, as described in Appendix B of the Procurement Protocol, from Eligible Renewable Energy Resources (“ERRs”) sufficient to permit SCE to execute one or more purchase and sale agreements (an “Agreement” or “Agreements”), in substantially the form specified for the Products in Appendices B-1 through B-6 (all, the “Pro Forma Agreements” and each, a “Pro Forma Agreement”).

In accordance with D.06-05-039, SCE has retained an Independent Evaluator to oversee the preparation and administration of the RFP and provide independent feedback to the Commission’s Energy Division and to participate in SCE’s Procurement Review Group established by the Commission in D.02-08-071 (“PRG”). The Independent Evaluator, Sedway Consulting, Inc., as specified below, must be copied on all emails sent by bidders to SCE at Alan.Taylor@sedwayconsulting.com, including and especially, Appendix A, A-1 2011 SCE RFP Proposal Structure Letter.
