SCE's RFP for Independent Evaluators

Southern California Edison issues a Request for Proposals (RFP) for SCE's Independent Evaluator (IE) Pool for 2009-2010. SCE seeks a minimum of three IEs for its IE Pool. Complete requirements to participate and a schedule of required submittals are contained in the RFO Instructions below.

Bidders' Conference Call

For those interested in proposing an offer, SCE will conduct a Bidders' Conference Call on August 14, 2008 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Pacific Prevailing Time. The purpose of the Bidders' Conference Call will be to answer questions related to the IE RFP requirements and process.

Each proposal submitted should include:

• Responses to Technical IE Questionnaire (Word)
• Signed Confidentiality Agreement (Word)
• Hourly billing rates for 2009–2010
• IE Resume

Other Relevant Documents

An IE selected through this process will remain in SCE's IE pool from 2009–2010. For each procurement activity, the IEs in the IE pool will be requested to provide an estimate of the total cost for the particular procurement activity. Once an IE is selected from the pool to participate in one of SCE's procurement activities, the IE will be required to execute the following documents:

• Terms and Conditions (Word)
• Declaration Regarding Conflict of Interest (Word)
