SCE is issuing this Natural Gas Request for Offers (“Gas RFO”) for annual and 3rd quarter call options. The annual term will be 36 months in duration (starting April 1, 2011) and the 3rd quarter term will be 27 months in duration (starting July 1, 2011).
SCE will use the auction platform owned and controlled by World Energy Solutions, Inc. (“World Energy”) to conclude this Gas RFO. In order to be eligible to participate, potential counterparties must have a fully executed ISDA Master Agreement (including the Schedule to the ISDA Master Agreement and the Paragraph 13 to the Credit Support Annex) and an appropriate Confidentiality Agreement in place with SCE by the Qualification Date indicated below. In addition, potential counterparties must be enabled with World Energy by having a Wholesale Participant Agreement in place with World Energy.
