Residential Payment Arrangement

If you are having difficulty paying your electric bill on time, please make arrangements with SCE before the payment is due. Please keep in mind that not all customers are eligible for Online Payment Arrangements and that all requests are reviewed to determine eligibility.

My Account enrollment is required in order to request an online payment arrangement. Log in to our secured site, or if you don't have a username or password, please register.

NOTE: If you are unable to enroll in My Account today and owe a past due balance, you may be eligible for a minimum of three months to repay the balance. If you would like to take advantage of the extended time, please call us at 1-800-372-2365 to make payment arrangements and discuss additional financial assistance programs that are available.

Accounts not eligible for SCE's Online Payment Arrangement:

  • Non-residential accounts
  • Closed accounts
  • Deposit accounts
  • Accounts not considered in good credit standing with SCE - Customer accounts considered "Cash Only" status are not eligible, If your account is in "Cash Only" status, you may be eligible for SCE's Online Payment if there are no additional returned items on your customer account for the next six months.
  • Accounts enrolled in SCE's Direct Payment.
  • Accounts enrolled in Level Pay Plan.
  • Accounts being billed by an Electric Service Provider (ESP) other than SCE.
