Residential Payment Arrangement
If you are having difficulty paying your electric bill on time, please make arrangements with SCE before the payment is due. Not all customers are eligible for Online Payment Arrangements. If you proceed, we will review your account to determine if you are eligible.
My Account enrollment is required in order to request an online payment arrangement. Log in to our secured site, or if you don't have a username or password, please register.
Accounts not eligible for SCE's Online Payment Arrangement:
- Non-residential accounts
- Closed accounts
- Deposit accounts
- Accounts not considered in good credit standing with SCE - Customer accounts considered "Cash Only" status are not eligible, If your account is in "Cash Only" status, you may be eligible for SCE's Online Payment if there are no additional returned items on your customer account for the next six months.
- Accounts enrolled in SCE's Direct Payment.
- Accounts enrolled in Level Payment Plan.
- Accounts being billed by an Electric Service Provider (ESP) other than SCE.
