Employee Giving - Employee Contributions

Quality education is key to a better future. That’s why Edison invests in a variety of academic enrichment programs and initiatives, including the Matching Gift Program for public and private elementary and secondary schools, community colleges and four-year universities.

In 2007, Edison contributed close to $1.2 million to match employee contributions benefiting over 1,600 schools. This support makes a difference especially during a time when schools are faced with fewer resources.
