Diversity & Inclusion - Workforce Diversity

Workforce Diversity

Managing and nurturing a robust, diverse workforce is fundamental to achieving our business purpose and objectives. The energy industry touches a diverse landscape.  Maintaining a workforce that resembles the multicultural communities we serve helps SCE continue its long-standing commitment to providing customers with reliable, high-quality products and services.

Because all great minds do not think alike, diversity and inclusion afford a broader, richer, more fertile environment for creativity and innovation. It's about putting all the different ingredients together. It's about ingenuity and synergy. For comments or questions about this page, send email to DiversityandInclusion@sce.com.
