Employee Resource Groups
What are Employee Resource Groups?
Southern California Edison's "Employee Resource Groups" are comprised of employee volunteers who share various cultures, traditions, ethnicities, or sexual and gender orientation. Employee Resource Groups promote cultural awareness within the Edison community and assist their members and others to achieve personal and professional growth, leadership, and to learn teamwork skills.
The Employee Resource Groups represent diverse backgrounds and preferences, including, but not limited to: African Americans, Hispanics, Chinese, Vietnamese, Filipinos, gays and lesbians.
