Mission Statement

Promote diversity and cultural awareness within Southern California Edison (SCE) and the African-American communities it serves;through educational development, community partnerships, programs, and services that benefit SCE's employees, customers, and shareholders.

Objectives

• Promote cultural awareness and assist members in broadening their careers at SCE through networking. We believe that by broadening cultural awareness at SCE we will educate and expose others to African-American culture and contributions to SCE and the community
• Champion the objectives of community based organizations that provide educational development and community outreach program services
• Deliver value by providing leadership to our members and implementing various Corporate diversity initiatives
