Mission Statement
Lighthouse is dedicated to facilitate a safe and supportive work environment for gay, lesbian, bi-sexual, and transgender (GLBT) employees. We are easily accessible and provide opportunities for networking, mentoring, social activities, and community involvement. Lighthouse helps to acknowledge and respond to the diversity of SCE and our customers by acting as a recognized resource and a responsble advocate for GLBT issues.
