Mission Statement
Lighthouse promotes an inclusive work environment for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBT) and all employees. We assist employees in professional growth by providing opportunities for networking, mentoring, and community involvement. Lighthouse helps lead the way in diversity of SCE and our customers by acting as a recognized resource and a responsible advocate for LGBT issues.
