The Transitional Bundled Service link provides price information on the related Procurement Charge and is related to Schedule PC-TBS. The Net Surplus Compensation Rate link lists monthly rates that compensate Net Energy Metering customers for the electricity they produce in excess of their on-site load over the course of a 12-month period, and is related to Schedules MASH-VNM, NEM, and RES-BCT.
