Timeline Event
June 29, 2009 SCE releases RFP.
July 9, 2009
SCE hosts RFP Proposal and Imperial Valley Bidders' Conferences (see below).
August 14, 2009
(1:00 p.m. PPT)
Sellers required to email Proposal Structure Letter, Seller’s Proposal Template and Term Sheet (the “Structure Due Date”).
August 21, 2009
(1:00 p.m. PPT)
Sellers required to submit hard copies of complete and conforming Proposal Binders (including CD or DVD) to SCE (the "Proposal Due Date").
October 23, 2009 SCE advises all Sellers on the status of their Proposals relative to SCE’s short list.
November 6, 2009 Earliest date on which exclusivity agreements may be required by SCE.
March 31, 2010 Target date for completion of negotiations with short-listed Sellers.
April 30, 2010 SCE submits Advice Letters with executed PPAs for CPUC consideration.
6 to 9 Months Later The CPUC resolution approving the final Power Purchase and Sale Agreements becomes final and non-appealable.

RFP Proposal & Imperial Valley Bidders' Conferences

The Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, July 9, 2009 starting at 9:00 a.m. (PPT) until 4:00 p.m. (PPT) at the Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles Airport (9750 Airport Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90045). A rate of $99/night is available to attendees. Breakfast and registration begins at 8:00 a.m.
