The most recently published editions of the Electrical Service Requirements (ESR) manual and the Underground Structures (UGS) manual are available for viewing by SCE external customers. To access these manuals, click on the manual titles below.
External Customers
External customers can also purchase the ESR and UGS manuals and other SCE Distribution manuals in CD-ROM and paper formats by completing an order form, and if applicable, a non-disclosure agreement included with the order form. Aboveground Equipment Aesthetics Improvement Manual (AIM)
The Aboveground Equipment Aesthetics Improvement Manual (AIM) is a new manual that illustrates the operating and clearance space requirements of typical aboveground equipment and options for aesthetic improvement of equipment.
